Brian Burke
Founder & Managing Partner
Brian Burke founded Elmsley Capital in 2019 to build and grow enduring, high-quality businesses in the lower middle market. He leads the firm’s investment strategy and works closely with management teams across the portfolio to drive growth, operational improvement, and long-term value.
He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Keystone Display and Bridge Metal Industries and sits on the boards of Lightbridge Academy and Water Babies — all Elmsley Capital portfolio companies operating in the manufacturing and childhood enrichment sectors.
Prior to founding Elmsley, Brian spent his career investing in and operating lower-middle-market businesses. He holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Bruce Fiegel
Partner & Manager of Portfolio Operations
Bruce Fiegel brings over 30 years of manufacturing and operational leadership to his role at Elmsley Capital. He oversees portfolio operations across the firm’s holdings, working hands-on with company leadership to improve performance, scale operations, and drive sustainable growth.
Bruce joined Keystone Display in 1995 and held leadership roles in finance and operations before partnering with Brian Burke in 2019 to acquire the company under the Elmsley Keystone banner. He played a key role in the 2022 acquisition of Bridge Metal Industries and has been instrumental in the operational strategy behind Elmsley’s Industrials portfolio.
Bruce received a degree in Business at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is based in northern Illinois.
Brian Santana De La Rosa
Partner
Brian Santana De La Rosa joined Elmsley Capital in 2023 and supports the firm’s sourcing, acquisition, and portfolio management initiatives. He focuses on identifying compelling lower middle market opportunities and partnering with management teams to accelerate growth and strategic expansion.
In 2024, Brian led Elmsley’s acquisition of Schmidt Industrial Services and currently serves as the company’s CEO. He is also actively involved in operations and value creation efforts across the broader Elmsley portfolio.
Brian holds an AB in Politics from Princeton University, an MST in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
